What we collect. If you subscribe to the monthly note we collect your name, work email address, family office name, and optionally your role and region. The website itself sets no tracking cookies at launch. If analytics are added later this notice will be updated before they go live.
Why. To send you the monthly note you asked for, and to understand in aggregate who reads the publication. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
Who sees it. Subscriber data is stored in our website platform and our email provider. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and it is not passed to the publisher’s lending business for sales purposes.
How long. Until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to process the request, after which it is deleted.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing by writing to editor@familyofficeprimer.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
